💳 How much is the deposit (pre-authorization)?
Globe requires a security pre-authorization hold on your credit card at pick-up. The amount varies depending on your coverage and vehicle type:
📌 Common Deposit Amounts:
$300:
All vehicle rentals with CDW+PAP.
All vehicle rentals using Credit Card insurance or Personal insurance.
$500:
All vehicle rentals with CDW selected without PAP.
All truck rentals, including Pick-Ups, Transits, and Cube Trucks.
📌 Important Details:
The hold is placed on your credit card as a temporary security measure.
This is not a charge and will be released according to your bank’s policies after the rental is completed.
