At pick-up, Globe places a temporary hold of $300–$500 on your credit card. This isn’t a payment—it’s a security measure.

Globe shall not refund the hold, which will be released automatically by your bank based on their processing time and terms. Globe has absolutely no control over this.

If rental policies are violated, the hold may be captured to cover fees.
