🚨 What should I do if I have an accident with my rental car?

We’re sorry to hear about your accident. Follow these steps to get help quickly:

📌 If there are injuries:

  • Call 911 immediately if you or anyone else is injured.

📌 If another vehicle is involved:

  1. Fill out the Incident Report ("Constat Amiable"), which is located in the glove box of the rental car.

  2. Exchange pictures of the following documents with the other party:

    • Driver’s license

    • Vehicle registration

    • Insurance documents

📌 For Roadside Assistance:

  • Use the complimentary roadside assistance service by calling the number on your key tag.

  • If the vehicle requires towing, ensure it is towed to the nearest dealership for your vehicle’s manufacturer.

  • Notify us of the new location/address as soon as possible.

📌 Notify Globe:

  • Contact Globe via email, chat, text, or phone.

  • Provide your contract number when reporting the incident.
