🚨 What should I do if I have an accident with my rental car?

Fill out the Incident Report ("Constat Amiable"), which is located in the glove box of the rental car.
Exchange pictures of the following documents with the other party:
Driver’s license
Vehicle registration
Insurance documents
📌 For Roadside Assistance:
Use the complimentary roadside assistance service by calling the number on your key tag.
If the vehicle requires towing, ensure it is towed to the nearest dealership for your vehicle’s manufacturer.
Notify us of the new location/address as soon as possible.
