🚨 What should I do if I have an accident with my rental car?
We’re sorry to hear about your accident. Follow these steps to get help quickly:
📌 If there are injuries:
- Call 911 immediately if you or anyone else is injured. 
📌 If another vehicle is involved:
- Fill out the Incident Report ("Constat Amiable"), which is located in the glove box of the rental car. 
- Exchange pictures of the following documents with the other party: - Driver’s license 
- Vehicle registration 
- Insurance documents 
 
📌 For Roadside Assistance:
- Use the complimentary roadside assistance service by calling the number on your key tag. 
- If the vehicle requires towing, ensure it is towed to the nearest dealership for your vehicle’s manufacturer. 
- Notify us of the new location/address as soon as possible. 
📌 Notify Globe:
- Contact Globe via email, chat, text, or phone. 
- Provide your contract number when reporting the incident.
