📌 How to File a Claim:

  1. Call your credit card company immediately to report the damage.

    • The contact number is on the back of your credit card.

  2. Obtain a claim number and email it to [email protected] along with your rental contract number.

📌 Required Documents:
Send the following to [email protected] without delays (include your contract number):

  • A copy of your credit card statement showing the final rental charges.

  • A completed Joint Accident Report (always required).

  • A copy of your driver’s license (front and back, if applicable).

  • A police report and incident number (if applicable).

  • The Damage Claim Form from your credit card insurer (if applicable).

📌 Important Notes:

  • Failure to Comply: Not initiating the claims process within 48 hours violates your rental agreement.

  • Responsibility: You are ultimately responsible for the damage until the claim is settled and payment is received from your credit card insurer.

  • Globe acts only as an intermediary to assist in the process.
