📌 If You Purchased Globe’s PAP (Practical Assistance Package):
Towing fees are entirely covered by Globe.
📌 Without PAP:
A revision is required to determine responsibility based on the nature of the incident.
Globe will assess the situation once we communicate with the receiving garage or when the vehicle is returned to our premises.
📌 If Using Credit Card or Personal Insurance:
You remain fully responsible for all towing costs, as external coverage typically does not include this service.
