🚗 How do I pay car rental parking tickets and fees?
If you receive a ticket or toll fee during your rental, follow these steps:
📌 Pay Immediately:
Parking tickets can typically be paid online—check the back of the ticket for payment instructions.
Ensure all tickets are paid within 30 days to avoid further penalties.
📌 What Happens If You Don’t Pay?
Unpaid tickets will be sent to our office. You will be charged the full ticket amount plus an administrative fee.
Current Admin Fee: $50 per ticket (subject to change).
📌 For Toll Fees:
Toll routes must be paid directly by the driver. Unpaid tolls will incur the toll cost plus an additional admin fee.
📌 Why Is There an Admin Fee?
Unpaid tickets require us to:
Research our internal database.
Communicate with the issuing city.
Notify the client or escalate to collections if necessary.
To avoid extra costs, always pay your tickets promptly and notify our office if you encounter issues.
