📍 What should I do if no one is at the pick-up location?
If you’ve arrived and no staff are present, your reservation will be processed by the Kiosk located in front of the branch.

📌 How It Works:

  1. Approach the Kiosk and follow the on-screen instructions.

  2. Interact with one of our live experts on the screen for assistance.

  3. Pay directly at the Kiosk using a credit card (no cash or debit).

  4. Receive your rental agreement straight to your smartphone.

  5. A unique key code will be provided for your vehicle. Enter the code at the Key Box, retrieve your key, and you’re ready to go!

📌 Important Notes:

  • The Kiosk cannot accept cash or debit card payments—credit cards only.
