Although all staff undergo 4 weeks of training, misunderstandings or miscommunications can happen—we’re human after all! 😊

  • All complaints must be factual and constructive. Precise, point-form writing is preferred.

  • Investigations may take up to 10 business days and include:

    • Reviewing audio/video recordings from our locations.

    • Checking phone recordings and related documentation.

    • Conducting interviews with relevant parties.
