Can I Return the Vehicle Early, and Am I Eligible for a Refund?๐ You can return the vehicle early, but refunds are not issued for unused rental days. The vehicle remains reserved for your full period.
Can Someone Else Return the Rental Car?๐ Yes, if their name is listed as an additional driver on the rental agreement. Unauthorized drivers may face a $250 breach of contract fee.
Can I Return the Vehicle to a Different Location?๐ Yes, returns are allowed at another Globe location in the same city (fees may apply). Returns to different cities or the airport are not permitted.
Will I Be Charged Extra If I Return the Vehicle Late?โณ A 1-hour grace period (2 hours for VIPs) is offered. Afterward, hourly rates apply up to 3 hours before a full day is charged.
Can I Return the Car at the Airport?๐ No, vehicles must be returned to the Mont-Royal branch. Returning YUL customers can use the free Uber voucher for airport transport.
