On rare occasions, unexpected early returns may temporarily fill our parking spaces. If this happens, please follow the instructions below based on your return location:
Downtown underground parking:
Park the vehicle in the car wash area.
If that area is also full, you may park the vehicle nearby. Our team will promptly move it to the correct spot.
Always remember to leave the keys in our dropbox.
Outdoor locations:
You may block another GlobeCar vehicle if necessary. Our team will move it as soon as possible.
If no space is available, please look for street parking (usually available nearby).
